With well over 30 years of experience, Terry has sold everything from
small single bedroom homes to large farmsteads and commercial properties and everything in between.
After semi-retiring from farming, Terry received his realtors license in 1984. Then, in 1986, together with his wife Terri,
they opened what has become the leading real
estate agency in the Northwest Kansas area, Homestead Realty Inc. During that same
time, he joined with Col. Maynord Bane to form the auction company now known as
Homestead Realty and Auctions Inc. Since then Terry has made quite a name for himself
as a top notch realtor and auctioneer. He strives to push himself and his
company to new levels of professionalism and commitment to his clients.
Terry prides himself in his work and in his dedication to the city of Goodland.
He is involved in several community organizations and donates his time and money every year to help
with numerous large community enrichment programs. Goodland has been his
home for life and he and his wife Terri have raised their three
children here. The Richardson family is a Sherman County Century family as is Dad and Mom moved here over 100 years ago. He grew up working and helping at his family owned Livestock Barns in Goodland, Burlington and Colby. He has been involved in just about every aspect of Goodland
you can think of. He continues to farm acreage in the Goodland area.
Growing up on a farm has given Terry the expertise and knowledge to help you buy
or sell your farmstead or help you get the most out of your auction.
Licensed in both Kansas and Colorado, Donna has been with Homestead Realty and
Auction for over 20 years and has grown to be one of the most sought after
realtors in the area. Before being a realtor, Donna worked in Kansas City in the advertising
market, giving her the expertise and know-how to sell your property right.
The majority of her clients are real estate buyers and sellers, but she also
works with agricultural land sales and commercial properties.
Donna moved to Goodland in 1987 to raise her family and be
closer to her husband's family who settled this area over 100 years ago. It
didn't take long before she was involved in everything the community had to
offer. All of Donna's children graduated from Goodland High school and
several still live in the area with their own families. Donna brings the
big city advertising experience and knowledge with her and uses it, along with
her realtor expertise, to make her one of the top Realtors in Northwest Kansas.
For over 30 years, Terri has been serving the Goodland area
with top notch real estate services. Shorty after receiving her Realtor's license
she started up Homestead Realty Inc. along side her husband Terry, and together
they built the leading real estate agency in the area. Ever
since, she has strived to provide the best services possible to her clients.
Terri specializes mostly in residential properties and takes the time to really
get to know her customer's needs and wants. Growing up on a farm just
outside Goodland has given her the strong work ethics to get the job done.
Spending a lifetime in the Goodland area and raising their family
here has given Terri the opportunity to become involved in just about every
aspect of Goodland there is. And to this day she is still very active in
various youth enrichment programs and continues to help out wherever she can.
